Requirements
  • At least 8 years working in payroll and 3 years working with payroll outside of North America
  • 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports
  • Experience with Workday Payroll implementation strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Global Payroll aggregators and In Country Providers (ICPs) required
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving capability
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to gain trust through honesty and integrity
  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage AMER, EMEA, and APAC payroll operations
  • Manage payroll team and processes including audits and reconciliations
  • Partner with ADP and global payroll services vendor for timely processing
  • Remain up to date on benefits and taxes across all regions
  • Define and modify payroll administration policies and procedures
  • Facilitate forecasting and remittance of payroll taxes and expenses
