About the job

Requirements
  • Have owned at least 8 sponsored B2B conference presences end-to-end, including sourcing, contract negotiation, booth, staffing, pre-event campaign, on-site execution, and post-event follow-through.
  • Have sourced $1 million or more in event-driven pipeline in a single year and know event-level cost per lead, cost per meeting, and cost per opportunity metrics.
  • Have influenced or closed traceable revenue from event-originated deals and be able to explain the sales handoff.
  • Have booked at least 15 pre-event meetings for a flagship event through target lists and outbound sequences, working with sales development representatives.
  • Have a proven pre-event, on-site, and post-event conversion methodology with a follow-up service-level agreement measured in hours.
  • Have used per-event return-on-investment scorecards to make decisions such as cutting a city, dropping a sponsorship, or reallocating budget.
  • Have worked in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Dreamforce, World Tours, or the AppExchange partner circuit, and understand sponsorship prospectuses, tiers, and lead retrieval.
  • Have operated Marketo or a similar marketing stack and managed Salesforce campaign hygiene, including tracking links, campaign codes, and lead routing.
  • Be willing to travel approximately 30%, including internationally.
  • Be based in the United States and able to overlap with the India team in the morning.
Responsibilities
  • Select, negotiate, and contract 12-15 Salesforce ecosystem sponsorships per year across four regions within budget and against an event return-on-investment model.
  • Track Salesforce sponsorship prospectus releases and submit sponsorship applications on the first day sales open.
  • Run six-week pre-event demand campaigns for each event using named-account lists, meeting-booking sequences with sales development representatives, geographically targeted advertising, and executive dinners at flagship events.
  • Invite named existing customer accounts to booths, dinners, and webinars, and work with account executives to turn attendance into expansion opportunities.
  • Execute on-site booth operations and staffing, capture scans with contextual notes, deliver live Valorx AI demonstrations, and route hot leads to sales within the same hour.
  • Move every lead into nurture within 48 hours, request meetings for hot leads, and make clean account-executive handoffs with a five-day first-touch rule.
  • Produce eight webinars per year with the content team during months without a physical event.
  • Complete a cost-per-lead, cost-per-meeting, and cost-per-opportunity review within six weeks of each event, cutting underperformers and upgrading successful sponsorship tiers.
  • Coordinate co-hosted dinners and joint webinars with Salesforce systems integration partners in each region.
  • Track per-event pipeline progression from leads to Sales Qualified accounts to Proof of Concept accounts, for both new-logo and existing-customer expansion opportunities.
  • Measure closed-won revenue from event-sourced new-logo accounts and agreed partial credit for expansion opportunities and re-engaged dormant accounts.
  • Meet on-booth execution targets of 15-20 pre-booked meetings per flagship event, capture a context note for every scan, and route hot leads to sales within the same hour.
  • Ensure all leads are worked within 48 hours and the first account-executive touch occurs within five days.
  • Improve cost per lead, Sales Qualified account, and Proof of Concept account quarter over quarter, while avoiding missed sponsorship sales-open windows.
