Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Schedule & Travel Management:
• Manage schedules, including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Corporate & Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
• Act as a liaison between departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Executive Support & Task Management:
• Handle tasks assigned by the executive, ensuring timely completion.
• Track and follow up on pending tasks and key action items.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Facilitate smooth internal and external communications.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
