Requirements
  • A proven track record of designing user experiences that drive product-led growth (PLG) for SaaS platforms, focusing on activation, retention, conversion and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design, with a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and responsive design
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset: You value the relationship between design, engineering, product, and data and are eager to work with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • A passion for growth design, combined with the ability to make data-informed decisions, iteratively improving user experiences while meeting business objectives.
