Requirements
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in CRM (Salesforce), Quoting administration (Salesforce CPQ), and/or Orders Processing (open to PandaDoc, Octiv, and/or Docusign)
  • 1-2 years experience managing an order desk team
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex challenges with a focus on business success
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities
Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise order desk analysis through our internal case system
  • Ensure data integrity and operational hygiene are upheld across our systems
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales, handling pricing, approvals, quoting, customer billing, troubleshooting deal issues, and escalations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill business needs and requirements in processing sales orders
  • Develop and implement best practices to optimize company data quality and processes
  • Ensure compliance with company revenue recognition and bookings policies
  • Manage updates to contract/agreement templates stored in CRM systems
  • Provide ongoing support for training, coaching, and sales enablement efforts
