- Analyze fraud risk associated with retail online originations, online and mobile banking, brokerage, cross-channel activity, authentication, and product usage.
- Provide analytical recommendations addressing fraud exposure, unauthorized transactions, fraud risks and vulnerabilities, and fraud losses.
- Perform detailed analytical data assessments and review fraud data to inform fraud-loss strategies, fraud controls, and remediation decisions.
- Support the creation and completion of Fraud and Authentication Risk Assessments.
- Document fraud-risk vulnerabilities, threats, controls, and scenarios through analysis, presentations, coordination, and communication with subject-matter experts and business partners.
- Provide analytical and process support for operating losses, fraud-risk assessments, and product strategies; review fraud trends and scenarios and communicate the process to others.
- Create presentations for managers and leaders detailing fraud-loss scenarios and assessment results.
- Partner with Fraud Operations, Product Management, Technology teams, and external partners.
- Communicate with internal and external clients.
