Strong analytical skills and ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
Reconciliation experience is required.
NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
An MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Support the Finance Department in completing monthly financial statements.
Assist with monthly close activities, including account reconciliation, recording journal entries, preparing balance sheet schedules, and performing profit and loss account analysis.
Validate data from multiple systems to ensure the accuracy of data posted to the accounting system.
Review customer contracts and assist with order approvals.
Handle accounts receivable, including billing calculations, invoicing, statements, past-due notices, cash receipt posting, and aging reports.
Manage accounts receivable by collecting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with client terms.
Perform special projects, reporting analysis, and other related duties as assigned.
Document and improve processes and controls within the Finance Department.

Senior Staff Accountant will manage day to day accounting processes, prepare monthly close reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses, A/R processes and general accounting duties. This role will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Department reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
