A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, not required.
An MBA or CPA is preferred, but not required.
Two to five years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use generally accepted accounting principles.
Microsoft Excel experience is required.
Reconciliation experience is required.

Support the Finance Department with completion of monthly financial statements.
Assist with monthly close activities, including account reconciliation, recording journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and profit and loss account analysis.
Validate data from multiple systems to ensure the accuracy of data posted to the accounting system.
Review customer contracts and assist in order approvals.
Manage accounts receivable, including billing calculations, invoicing, statements, past-due notices, posting cash receipts, and aging reports.
Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal and external teams.
Collect and report accounts receivable and ensure compliance with client terms.
Perform special projects, reporting analysis, and other related duties as assigned.
Document and improve processes and controls within the Finance Department.

Senior Staff Accountant will manage day to day accounting processes, prepare monthly close reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses, A/R processes and general accounting duties. This role will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Department reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
