Requirements
- Experience using warehouse software databases and online shipping programs.
- Ability to operate scanning equipment, industrial trucks, and machines used to measure and cut wire to customer specifications.
- Ability to perform data entry and create bills of lading.
- Ability to inspect inventory, deliveries, packaging, and scanned-document quality.
- Bilingual ability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update stock inventory using a warehouse software database.
- Record and inspect incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper labeling and quality.
- Count and report available products and supplies in stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Order and restock inventory from suppliers and vendors according to demand.
- Pack and ship customer and client orders, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Implement loss-prevention programs and procedures.
- Operate machines to measure and cut wire to customer specifications.
- Access and print packing lists and use online shipping programs.
- Assist warehouse clerks with pulling and staging pending work orders.
- Manage inventory, process customer orders, and prepare items for shipment.
- Perform data entry, operate industrial trucks, and create bills of lading.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Package items securely and ensure accurate and complete shipping documentation.
- Use scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital copies.
- Manage and store files on a computer.
- Report concerns about scanning equipment.
- Prepare documents for scanning and inspect the quality of scanned output.
