Requirements
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Drive total store sales and understand how the Food & Beverage departments and team contribute to total store profitability.
  • Model guest service standards and lead the team to deliver a fresh, full, and food-safe area during operating hours.
  • Train, validate, and coach the team on food safety standards and cleaning routines.
  • Create a guest-focused culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers store sales goals.
  • Lead an efficient operation that supports the sales culture.
  • Develop strategy and use workload planning tools to manage scheduled workload and maintain guest readiness.
  • Own the scheduling plan with Team Leaders based on monthly and weekly workload and guest traffic.
  • Manage Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, assess priorities, and review reporting to identify business gaps for follow-up.
  • Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leader workload planning, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions.
  • Build relationships with direct-to-store vendors and oversee Team Leader management of vendor performance.
  • Validate, audit, and maintain food in-stocks and follow up on Team Leader execution of the business plan and assignment-sheet process.
  • Assess competition and use guest insights and feedback to drive the business.
  • Manage the team to uphold Starbucks and Pizza Hut brand standards where applicable.
  • Foster a productive relationship with the Starbucks District Manager and follow up on store visit takeaways.
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational change.
  • Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends.
  • Develop, coach, and train the team; anticipate staffing needs; create talent plans; and recruit for both long- and short-term needs.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
  • Become a subject matter expert in applicable federal, state, and local adult beverage laws and protect the store's liquor license where applicable.
  • Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs.
  • Demonstrate and lead ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, holding others accountable.
  • Follow safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier.
  • Address store needs, including emergencies and regulatory visits.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.
