- Greet guests upon arrival and create a welcoming environment.
- Determine the ideal table for guests based on party size, guest preference, and company procedures.
- Record names and party sizes when seating is not immediately available.
- Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times when asked.
- Escort guests to their table and ensure a smooth handoff to their waiter.
- Communicate guest needs, potential concerns, and overall restaurant status to servers and managers.
- Maintain a clean environment for guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist as needed.
- Accommodate guest requests when possible.
- Ensure tables are prepared for guests.
- Manage the merchandise area, including cleanliness, inventory, guest service, upselling where appropriate, and collecting payment.
- Follow the company cash-handling policy.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Follow all laws, rules, regulations, and company policies regarding alcoholic-beverage service and proper food handling.
- Thank guests as they depart and ensure their expectations were met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Being a craft beer lover is desirable.

Saint Arnold Brewing Company in Houston is Texas’ oldest craft brewery and a really fun place to spend an afternoon, whether you’re with friends or even when you’ve got the kids in tow. As a mom of twins, I’m always on the lookout for places where parents can drink and talk while kids can safely run around a play. But more than that, I love an establishment where kids and families are actually welcome. Saint Arnold, with its expansive beer garden, lawn games and a huge food menu that includes pizza, is a great place where everyone can hang out and enjoy the day.SAINT ARNOLD BREWING COMPANY IN HOUSTON, TEXAS.
