Proven experience leading an engineering team in a Team Lead, Squad Lead, or Tech Lead role.
Strong stakeholder management, including translating business needs into a clear plan and keeping people aligned.
A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down.
Hands-on experience with technologies such as MySQL, Kafka or Redpanda, Redis or Valkey, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
Responsibilities
Lead the Platform team responsible for the Observability/Data area and maintain consistent delivery.
Hire, mentor, and develop engineers; maintain team health and performance.
Manage capacity, risk, and dependencies by planning realistically, unblocking quickly, and handling escalations early.
Align scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure, keeping stakeholders aligned and avoiding churn.
Remain hands-on as a working Tech Lead, taking on part of the technical lead role alongside management for a team of around 2–3 engineers.

In this role, you’ll:
Lead Platform team responsible for Observability/Data area and keep delivery consistent.

Salary & Benefits:
Gross salary: 6000 EUR/month - 7600 EUR/gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
