Requirements
  • 3-4+ years relevant experience in sustainability, compliance or business management
  • Strong understanding of EPR, ideally with experience in similar product categories
  • Comfortable handling large datasets in Microsoft Excel and using other Microsoft packages
  • Confident consolidating complex datasets & requirements in to simple actionable activity & messages
  • Organised and methodical, can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Interest in ESG or Sustainability
Responsibilities
  • Manage the data collection and reporting process for SharkNinja's global EPR responsibilities including, packaging, WEEE & batteries
  • Provide advice and guidance to relevant teams to ensure compliance with EPR legislation
  • Manage relationships with our external consultants and compliance schemes
  • Horizon scanning to understand future global developments in EPR legislation and their impact on SharkNinja
  • Support and deliver sustainable packaging projects
  • Support other ESG and sustainability initiatives such as our work on circularity and climate
