Job Description Summary
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and facilitate engagement between finance and non-finance executives to drive decisions for the service business you support
2. Work with business partners on new product development, drive the development unit cost model and associated economics broken down by major cost components and develop the following:
- Key cost drivers within each cost component and the impact of variability on these drivers on the overall cost of service
- Identify the key cost reduction roadmap for each cost component as relevant. Identify assumed impact, timing and actions required.
- Prepare 4-8 Qtr. customer engagement plan, revenue and margin plan by product, units, ASP and cost
- Prepare valuation model of the incremental value the product creates relative to the investment required and associated risks
3. Identify opportunities to improve near term financial performance and to focus on the strategic priorities necessary to achieve the longer term profitable growth targets for the business you support
- Prepare QoQ and YoY revenue and standard margin analysis, monitor performance throughout the quarter
- Continuously identify and track ’execution opportunities’ to improve standard margins, identify issues, help address/improve, track impact
- Identify and communicate cost model outliers to ensure accurate costing information
- Build KPI / trackers to prioritize management around the highest value opportunities and critical strategic priorities
4. Work with business development to verify cost models and build the business case for new service offerings, quantify consequence of no agreement, help align/rationalize walk away price and manage risk
5. Manage investment spending, develop ROI analyses on new projects and prioritize investments accordingly
6. Provide support for special projects and/or M&A activities

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 3 - 7 Years of Experience
- Advanced Excel skill required; Working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI/SQL preferred

U.S. Salary Range:
$106,000.00 - $146,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
