Requirements
  • Senior experience in growth, performance and/or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space (10+ years)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business partners and collaborators
  • Analytical mindset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, platforms, and reporting
  • Attribution and data expertise including GA4, GSC, Looker and others
  • Experience with international digital acquisition (NA, EMEA & APAC)
  • Experienced advertiser on digital advertising platforms like Adwords, Display, Affiliate programs, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
  • Strong on and off-page SEO experience
  • Experience managing large budgets at a global level and being accountable for ROI
Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline for inbound/outbound sales team
  • Work with regional managers on campaigns and experiments across multiple channels
  • Own relationships with contractors and agencies and related budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to execute complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Constantly innovate and push the envelope in marketing strategies
  • Set up and develop a global digital strategy to drive inbound and enable predictive spend
  • Own digital channels to feed marketing and sales funnel
  • Oversee digital customer acquisition strategy with advanced audience targeting
  • Work and manage the SEO Expert to optimize site traffic and conversion
  • Analyze and report weekly results, implement corrective actions quickly if needed
  • Report to the leadership team on inbound performance and strategic plan
  • Enable full-funnel performance analysis and align investment decisions with performance targets
