About the job
- ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor Certification is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- At least 2 years of traffic control experience is required.
- Commercial driving experience is required.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- Open availability, including varied start and end times, some weekends, and some holidays, is required.
- The candidate must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test, because this is a safety-sensitive job.
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment.
- Collaborate with and supervise team members to ensure everyone's safety.
- Manage traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles.
- Report to the facility each day.
- Travel between multiple job sites each day.
- Follow company-established standards and procedures.
- Accurately complete required documentation, reports, and logs in a timely manner.
- Load and unload equipment as needed from the truck yard and multiple work sites each day.
- Operate and maintain crews, vehicles, and equipment safely.
- Deliver service and protection to clients.
- Work outside in all types of weather.
