About the Job

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction-related industrial engineering, or a comparable field, such as a master craftsman qualification in construction or technician qualification.
  • You have professional experience in planning or project management for turnkey commercial properties.
  • You have experience in estimating, VOB (German construction contract procedures), execution planning, contract administration, and construction execution.

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage tender procedures and customer inquiries from initial contact through successful contract conclusion.
  • You manage and coordinate the interdisciplinary project team during the proposal phase, including internal and external architects and specialist engineers, and ensure structured, goal-oriented collaboration.
  • You use modern estimating and planning tools to determine construction costs and develop customer-oriented, economically considered proposals.
  • You convert prepared and priced proposals into contract documents and support their drafting, negotiation, and conclusion with customers.
