Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full range of consultancy work.
  • Develop consultancy skills through on-the-job learning and a structured development and mentoring programme.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to address complex problems in Steer's operating sectors.
  • Rotate across practices to broaden knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Participate in formal classroom training, induction sessions, technical training, project management training, and key business skills development.
  • Complete onboarding activities, personal development planning, and learning about Steer, its work, and its culture.
