Requirements
  • Experience in a high volume retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enabling a memorable and personalized customer service experience
  • Expertly executing and coaching others to execute Selling Programs
  • Remaining informed and knowledgeable of all Mejuri products and latest launches
  • Assisting the team with implementing various customer-centric campaigns and maintaining relationships
  • Positively ensuring all KPIs within the business are consistently achieved
  • Maintaining operational processes that have a positive impact on sales
  • Supporting the management team to ideate and develop new sales opportunities
  • Driving business through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fostering existing customer relationships
  • Managing sales floor operations, coaching and providing feedback to the sales team
  • Providing critical insights and making recommendations daily
  • Supporting all operational workflows & upholding standard operating procedures
  • Supporting all transaction types within the OMNI business
  • Managing inventory tasks including shipping & receiving, inventory transfers, etc.
  • Working with store management to identify opportunities to improve the daily operations of the store
  • Ensuring physical store maintenance is upheld 10/10
  • Partnering with the Visual Lead to analyze key performance indicators and monitor stock levels
  • Providing support to Visual Lead during implementation of retail campaigns
  • Following up with execution deadlines for key VM initiatives
  • Supporting with the day-to-day maintenance of visual displays and product
  • Reporting any damaged display product or tools to the Visual Lead
  • Providing feedback to Visual Lead relating to gaps and opportunities
