About the Position:
Seize this strategic opportunity to drive ASDA and their BSM strategy, fostering deep relationships, crafting innovative strategies, and executing business plans that resonate. Your expertise will be key in achieving turnover and P&L targets, mentoring National Key Account Managers, and reinforcing our commitment to continuous growth and excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Building & Execution:
- Oversee P&L, crafting personalized plans to maximise sales and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead promotional planning, negotiating Joint Business Plans that align with Upfield’s goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Category and Supply Chain to enhance market understanding and customer service.
- Work closely with Marketing to launch New Product Developments (NPD) effectively.
Mentorship and Development:
- Guide National Key Account Managers, fostering their growth and account management skills.
Comprehensive Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for holistic success.
