  • Experience supporting a technical product, ideally in SaaS or Mobile
  • Experience with case management tools like Salesforce, Zendesk or similar CRM ticketing systems
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Domain knowledge of Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Basic Programming (HTML etc.)
  • Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
Responsibilities
  • Own, prioritize, troubleshoot, and build a response plan for complex inbound customer support issues
  • Work in coordination with Global Technical Support teammates to ensure customers can quickly and successfully overcome technical issues
  • Act with autonomy, have accountability, and be open to new perspectives
  • Synthesize complex ideas and communicate them in a way others can easily understand
  • Contribute to the post-sale technical relationship with customers
