- Plan and report activities, analyze and monitor sales and sales data, and design territory business plans.
- Implement territory business plans, including specific activities for specific accounts.
- Retain and develop current customers, acquire new customers, and develop customer accounts.
- Use sales-data insights to plan activities and segment customers.
- Deliver differentiated marketing messages.
- Organize or support educational and training events.
- Build and maintain a sustainable network, establishing and developing relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate business for acute products.
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Research prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential.
- Develop clear written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints, and handle complaints according to guidelines.
- Communicate competitive activities and customer needs to the supervisor.
- Collect and structure information from customers, peers, and competitors.
- Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to provide quick customer service.
- Experience in the medical devices industry, preferably with a renal background.
