Requirements

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events and activations, including product launches, tastings, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on both retail and event activation efforts
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and evaluating the return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact
- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated seamlessly with sales, product development, and other departments
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence within the region through various marketing channels, such as social media, public relations, and community engagement
- Collaborate with retail partners to execute in-store marketing initiatives, including managing point-of-sale materials, promotions, product merchandising, demonstration, and education
