About the job
- Hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and an individual National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
- Be licensed in a key state or be willing to obtain licensure before the start date; a New Jersey state license is required.
- Have a reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of post-clinical fellowship experience in pediatric settings.
- Have strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems independently.
- Have familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
- Provide a minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week.
- Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
- Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using the company's clinical tools and platform.
- Deliver outcomes-focused care through collaboration and caregiver engagement.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes.
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication.
- Provide coverage for paid time off and sick leave to ensure continuity of care.
