- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to data modeling.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable data models for complex applications.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data structures to improve system performance.
- Familiarity with integrating data models within various software development frameworks.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align data models with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
