Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery, develop a Blue Yonder point of view, lead solution workshops, and position Blue Yonder solutions for strategic customers and prospects.
  • Pursue strategic sales cycles requiring solutions spanning multiple Blue Yonder products, coordinating resources across solution teams and other organizations.
  • Understand and articulate end-to-end retail returns processes, especially returns processing in distribution centers.
  • Understand and frame points of view on industry trends including customer-centricity, omnichannel fulfillment, mobility, and artificial intelligence.
  • Engage executives and their teams at strategic prospect companies to understand industry- and company-specific business processes and objectives.
  • Link customer issues to their potential root causes.
  • Map customer issues to end-to-end solution enablers and develop recommendations addressing business issues and objectives.
  • Articulate the business impact of recommended future-state solutions.
  • Develop deployment roadmaps for recommended solutions.
  • Work with the value team to quantify business impacts and develop value propositions for recommended solutions and deployment roadmaps.
  • Present concise and compelling differentiation of Blue Yonder offerings using value, process enablement, and software demonstrations as proof points.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Articulate the value of integrating Blue Yonder solution suites or products within a solution suite.
  • Assist the Major Customer Executive in educating prospects and creating compelling business cases for Blue Yonder.
  • Support the pursuit lead and, for key opportunities, organize and manage sales-cycle activities using resources across teams to advance the opportunity.
