Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Technology Management
  • 5+ years' experience in desktop support in an enterprise environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple, and Linux
  • Experience with SCCM/MDT, Landscape, and MDM for mobile devices
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management

Responsibilities
  • Provisioning and setup of End-User devices and corporate assets
  • Installation, configuration, and usability of End-User devices and software
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals issues
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Deployment and management of user workstations
  • Creating and administering packages for mass deployment
  • Monitoring audio video equipment in conference rooms
  • Maintaining internal systems like VOIP telephone systems
  • Ticket creation and administration
  • Developing and enhancing internal procedures
  • Contributing to team strategy discussions
