About the job
- Higher education or equivalent, specializing in HSE or industrial risk.
- At least 5 years of industrial experience, particularly in process safety.
- Knowledge of French Labour Code regulations, Environmental Code regulations, ICPE, IED regulations, and ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience with risk analysis and problem-solving methods, including FMEA, HAZOP, and root-cause analysis.
- Lead improvements to existing HSE processes and tools within the site's HSE management system.
- Lead specific risk analyses, exposure monitoring, environmental emissions monitoring (including ergonomics, chemical risk, ATEX, and water and air discharges), and related action plans.
- Analyze impacts from internal changes (products and processes) and external changes (regulations), and propose action plans to maintain compliance of technical and documentary systems, including work environments, the single risk assessment document, environmental analysis, regulatory monitoring, and ICPE/IED monitoring.
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate root-cause analyses following accidents or hazardous situations.
- Develop materials and actions to train and raise awareness among site personnel, response teams, and managers, contributing to a stronger HSE culture.
- Coordinate operations involving particular risks, including prevention plans and special permits.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Participate in site HSE activities, including routines, problem-solving, awareness-raising, change management, and project support.
- Lead the Energy Savings program.
- Lead the emergency plan and waste topics.
