Kenneth and Susan Falcon honored at record-breaking SIBSPlace Arts After Dark Gala.

Kenneth and Susan Falcon honored at record-breaking SIBSPlace Arts After Dark Gala. Oct 06, 2026 Falcon Rappaport & Berkman was proud to celebrate Co-Managing Partner Kenneth Falcon and Susan Falcon as Gala Honorees at SIBSPlace's 2026 Arts After Dark Gala, held at The Seawane Club in Hewlett Harbor. The annual event brought together more than 200 supporters for an evening dedicated to SIBSPlace and the children and families it serves. This year's gala marked the organization's 26th anniversary and raised a record-breaking more than $425,000 to help keep its therapeutic programs free and accessible to families in need. "Susie and I are incredibly honored to be recognized by an organization that means so much to us," said Kenneth Falcon. "SIBSPlace provides children and families with something truly invaluable during extraordinarily difficult times: a place where they feel supported, understood, and cared for. We are grateful to everyone who continues to make that possible." SIBSPlace, or Survivorship in Brothers and Sisters, provides free therapeutic support to children coping with a sibling or parent facing cancer or another serious illness, as well as children grieving the loss of a parent or sibling. Its programs give children a safe environment to express their feelings, process difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and connect with others navigating similar circumstances. As longtime supporters of SIBSPlace, Ken and Susie were recognized for their continued commitment to the organization, its mission, and the broader Long Island community. Falcon Rappaport & Berkman was also proud to serve as a sponsor of the evening. "What makes SIBSPlace so special is the sense of community and understanding it creates for children and families during some of the hardest moments of their lives," said Susan Falcon. "It means so much to us to support an organization that makes sure these families know they do not have to navigate those experiences alone." One of the most moving parts of the gala was hearing directly from parents whose families have benefited from SIBSPlace's services. Their stories offered a powerful reminder of the impact that compassionate, specialized support can have and why ensuring these programs remain accessible is so important. The evening also featured live entertainment, dinner, silent and live auctions, and the presentation of the Helene Wrenn Memorial Award to Dr. Arti Datta, founding artistic director of Mudra Dance Studio and president of The Mudra Foundation: Art for a Cause. Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP is grateful to SIBSPlace, its leadership, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who helped make the 2026 Arts After Dark Gala such a successful and meaningful evening. Most importantly, Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP is proud to support an organization whose work continues to provide children and families with connection, understanding, and care when they need it most.

Falcon Rappaport & Berkman hosts FRBuild, its first firmwide AI hackathon. Attorneys and professional staff built working AI solutions for everyday legal workflows in a single day, with on-site support from Harvey. FRBuild gave the people who know its workflows best the time and space to rethink how Today in New York work. It showed what happens when people from across the firm get the right tools and the room to collaborate." - Moish Peltz, Co-Managing Partner of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman NEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, September 23, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - Falcon Rappaport & Berkman (FRB) held FRBuild, the firm's first firmwide AI hackathon, on August 21 at its New York City office. The full-day event brought attorneys and professional staff together to identify inefficiencies in their daily work and build practical solutions using the firm's AI and automation tools. FRBuild was open to employees in every role and department, and no coding or technical background was required. Attorneys, paralegals, and professionals from operations, administration, and marketing formed small cross-functional teams around the workflows they wanted to improve, spent the day building working solutions, and presented live demonstrations at the end of the day. Members of the Legal Engineering and Customer Success teams at Harvey, the firm's legal AI platform, joined on site to help teams build more complex agents in Harvey. "FRBuild gave the people who know our workflows best the time and space to rethink how we work," said Moish Peltz, Co-Managing Partner of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman and Co-Chair of the firm's Artificial Intelligence Practice Group. "I was blown away by the creativity our people showed and by their ability to build working, time-saving solutions in a single day. It showed what happens when people from across the firm get the right tools and the room to collaborate." Teams were judged on the potential impact of their solutions, the quality of their live demonstrations, and how readily their work could be adopted elsewhere in the firm. Prizes were awarded for first place, best demonstration, and biggest time-saver. First place went to Michael Landsman, Julia Salanitro, and Deborah Dyle for an AI agent that helps triage incoming real estate deals. "It was impressive to see FRB's teams start with concrete challenges and turn them into working solutions by the end of the day," said Emily Yoklavich, Customer Success Manager at Harvey, who also served as a guest judge of the event. "Each winning project was grounded in a real need, and the teams showed how thoughtfully applied AI can save time, improve consistency, and create better ways of working across the firm." FRBuild is one part of a broader effort to build AI into how FRB operates and how it serves clients. The firm is implementing AI across its practice groups and business operations and has rolled out Harvey to all of its attorneys and professional staff. It is also changing how the firm prices legal work, moving a growing number of matters to subscription and flat-fee arrangements so that clients share in the efficiencies AI creates. It is also experimenting with local compute, including deploying an NVIDIA DGX Spark, to test how AI models running on firm-controlled hardware can support client work. "FRBuild was one day, but the thinking behind it is how we run the firm," Peltz added. "Every attorney is getting Harvey, we are pricing more matters in ways that reward efficiency rather than hours, and we are testing what we can run on our own hardware. All of it comes back to delivering better work for clients, faster and at a price that makes sense." Falcon Rappaport & Berkman welcomes Christopher Warren to launch AI-Native law office as New Jersey Managing Partner and Co-Chair of AI Practice Group.

Falcon Rappaport & Berkman welcomes Christopher Warren to launch AI-Native law office as New Jersey Managing Partner and Co-Chair of AI Practice Group. May 04, 2026 Falcon Rappaport & Berkman ("FRB") is pleased to announce that Christopher Warren has joined the firm as New Jersey Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the firm's Artificial Intelligence Practice Group. In conjunction with Warren's arrival, FRB is launching its Newark office at 3 Gateway Center that will operate as an AI-Native incubator for the firm. Warren co-chairs the AI Practice Group alongside FRB Co-Managing Partner Moish Peltz. A leading voice on AI governance and legal ethics, Warren serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court District VI Ethics Committee for the 2025-2029 term, chairs the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Hudson County Bar Association, and serves on the New Jersey State Bar Association's Committee on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy. He is pursuing AIGP and CIPP/US credentials through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Warren writes and speaks frequently on translating ethical guidance into practical, defensible compliance frameworks for the modern practice of law, with a focus on the ethical obligations of competence, diligence, confidentiality and privilege, communication, supervision, and candor as AI becomes embedded in legal workflows. He also hosts the Moral Machine podcast and blog exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping law, business, and society, from AI ethics and business challenges to the future of work. "Chris is an exceptional thought leader and one of the most passionate voices on AI governance and legal ethics," said Kenneth Falcon, Co-Managing Partner of FRB. "The Newark office represents the next chapter of our firm's growth, and Chris is exactly the right person to lead it. His combination of management experience and commitment to responsible innovation aligns perfectly with FRB's vision for the future of the practice of law." The Newark office serves as FRB's native-AI incubator, developing agentic AI tools to improve both the client and attorney service experience. The firm has already adopted AI tools at scale, including a firmwide license with Harvey, and enterprise licenses with OpenAI and Anthropic. The firm has also developed robust internal governance to guide responsible and effective use of AI. The Newark office will serve as the operational hub for advancing these capabilities across the firm, as well as guide the firm's representation of entrepreneurs that are embracing AI to grow their businesses. "Chris is joining a firm that believes that AI belongs embedded inside the practice of law, not on the sidelines," said Moish Peltz, Co-Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the AI Practice Group. "We have successfully rolled out AI tools over the past couple of years, including increasingly integrating those tools into our legal workflows. But we also recognize that we will need to redouble our efforts to fully embrace the power that these AI native tools unlock. We are thrilled to have Chris join us to help build out these capabilities." Before joining FRB, Warren combined his boutique New York City litigation practice into a New Jersey mid-size firm, where he served on the firm's Executive Management Committee and managed the firm's New York City office. A former licensed securities professional and entrepreneur, Warren brings a pragmatic, business-minded approach to litigation and client counseling. "FRB is doing the work I have been writing about," said Warren. "A firmwide Harvey license, real internal governance, and attorneys who are shipping the work and governing it at the same time. The opportunity to build a native-AI office from the ground up, alongside Moish and this team, is the reason I made the move. A law firm's first client is its attorneys. We are building accordingly." Warren holds a J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School (2013), where he served on the Executive Board of the New York Law School Law Review, with a concentration in Business and Securities Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey, Newark Vicinage. Warren is a business litigator with over a decade of experience representing business owners, investors, and executives in high-stakes disputes across New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and FINRA. His practice concentrates on complex commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, business dissolutions, breach of fiduciary duty and accounting claims, and business-to-business contract litigation. Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP is a full-service business law firm proudly advising clients on their most complex matters. FRB differentiates itself by approaching matters with a level of depth and variety of skills unmatched by typical advisors, following through on a firmwide commitment to excellent service, offering access to thought leaders in numerous areas of professional practice, and partnering with clients to develop and achieve their legal, business, and personal objectives.
