At least three years of technical applications and/or information systems experience, or an applicable master's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience.
Relational database concepts.

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, prioritization, oral and written communication, technical communication, professional judgment, problem solving, self-direction, motivation, and troubleshooting.
Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred.
Responsibilities
Apply standard application design principles to create logical and physical application designs that promote efficiency.
Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify project objectives.
Deploy and test software upgrades, including maintaining test plans.
Follow corporate standards for naming conventions, security, and interface design.
Maintain project documentation in the designated tracking system and document changes to program code and scripts using appropriate commenting style and software change documentation.
Write and update documentation describing the software environment, implementations, and infrastructure.

EDUCATION
