Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion online retailer
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tools, topics, and stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills and commercial mindset with a solid understanding of online fashion trading and customer behavior in the DACH region
  • Basic retail math and Excel skills, with a strong motivation to further develop analytical capabilities
  • Fluency in English, German proficiency is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Optimize homepage content and execute commercial campaigns to capture local demand and align with the DACH trading strategy
  • Plan, implement, analyze, and manage onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimize the customer journey and improve business performance
  • Provide weekly assortment and website performance reviews for the DACH markets, adjusting local trading strategies based on trends
  • Provide input on the local market needs, customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, interacting with stakeholders from Marketing, Supply, and Digital Experience
