Responsibilities
  • Promote Guideline's mission of providing retirement benefit access to all employees through a high volume sales process with small-to-medium sized business (SMB) owners
  • Use a consultative approach to educate prospects on 401(k) regulatory requirements and plan options
  • Convey Guideline's value proposition resulting in informed and well-prepared clients
  • Manage a sales pipeline and work with prospects from initial qualification to signing
  • Contribute to impactful projects to improve best practice tactics
  • Work with prospects through a consultative sales approach
  • Manage a pipeline of over 100 leads
  • Forecast sales activity, revenue targets, quotas, and general pipeline management
  • Conduct sales demos by phone and GoogleMeet
  • Monitor and report on own sales performance
  • Suggest ideas to increase sales and improve client experience
