  • 1+ years in a sales, customer service, or BDR role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as qualification skills to effectively speak to customers.
  • Highly motivated by goals and KPIs, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Strong track record using effective time management and organizational skills to approach each day.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals.
Responsibilities
  • Driving growth for the business by partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the Flowcode solution to key customers.
  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including phone, email using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, zoominfo and hubspot etc.
  • Initiate contact with prospects, build rapport, and communicate our product’s value effectively.
  • Assess prospect needs and qualify leads for handoff to Account Executives.
  • Log interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM to ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team.
  • Gather feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing strategies.
