  • Strong understanding of audiovisual production, live streaming, and digital event staging.

  • Ability to create and communicate a strategic event vision aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of major annual corporate events, including the leadership conference and CEO Awards.
  • Develop event themes, select venues, manage vendors, and create run-of-show plans.
  • Manage logistics, production, and audience experience for quarterly in-person VP-level events and all-employee virtual town halls.
  • Manage hybrid and virtual event execution to maximize engagement.
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations to manage logistical, audiovisual, and venue requirements for the Annual Meeting, investor days, and other high-stakes external events.
  • Track milestones and oversee significant event budgets.
  • Lead requests for proposals, negotiate vendor contracts, and serve as the primary contact for external agencies, audiovisual crews, and digital platform vendors.
