Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partner payout operations, ensuring tools and processes are optimized, scalable, and compliant
  • Lead partner migration to the new payment system, track issues, and deliver a seamless partner experience
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support, resolving issues promptly and driving continuous improvements to payout workflows
  • Track, analyze, and report payout metrics to identify trends and inform business decisions
  • Drive improvements to internal systems and processes to streamline channel store operations, deployments, and partner/developer management
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new features that enhance efficiency and partner experience
  • Manage the roadmap for projects focused on automating the certification of apps in the Roku Channel Store
  • Lead efforts to improve partner/developer management within internal systems by driving automation and operational excellence
  • Leverage data to identify partner inquiry trends and recommend enhancements to partner support programs
  • Improve self-service capabilities through better tooling, documentation, and automation
  • Manage partner tickets and ensure the Partner Knowledge Center remains up to date and effective

Roku announced the deal Thursday morning, which includes games featuring the Savannah Bananas, Party Animals, Loco Beach Coconuts, Firefighters, Indianapolis Clowns, and Texas Tailgaters, all teams in the barnstorming exhibition baseball league.
