About the company

Apex Paramedics provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance transport in Denver and Colorado Springs, offering ALS and BLS with a focus on scheduled interfacility transport through hospital partnerships. It uses a modern fleet, including Mercedes Sprinters, and EMS Loop for real-time ambulance tracking to keep patients and facilities informed. The company was started to stay locally owned amid large industry mergers and emphasizes customer and employee needs. In 2026 it was acquired by Royal Ambulance, Inc., expanding its reach under new ownership across Colorado counties.
