Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage personnel files from hiring through departure, including employment contracts, hiring declarations, benefits affiliations and tracking, and final account settlement.
  • Communicate new-hire information to other services, including information technology, human resources, and the payroll firm.
  • Maintain the personnel register and provide mandatory onboarding information.
  • Record employees’ personal information in tracking tables and update the time-management and personnel-administration system.
  • Help transmit variable payroll information to the payroll firm for payslip preparation.
  • File completed personnel records.
  • Coordinate or handle employee responses to questions, observations, and issues.
  • Analyze competency-development needs, particularly from professional and performance reviews, and participate in the training plan.
  • Deploy training actions, including CPF, internships, and apprenticeship and professionalization contracts.
  • Manage training administration and organize training sessions, including registrations and room reservations.
  • Submit training-funding requests to the skills operator.
  • Contribute to the development and certification of SFG Academy.
  • Ensure compliance with the French Labour Code, internal regulations, collective agreements, and company agreements.
  • Monitor legal obligations related to personnel administration, probationary periods, and individual and collective obligations.
  • Suggest adaptations for developing or updating internal procedures.
  • Contribute to deployment of the new human-resources information system.
  • Contribute to upcoming Social and Economic Committee elections.
  • Contribute to employer-brand development and company notoriety.
  • Draft and deploy internal communications for the intranet and company LinkedIn page.
  • Propose and deploy employee well-being initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizing staff meetings and human-resources and corporate-social-responsibility events, as well as deploying new projects.
