Requirements
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience as a Data Analyst with strong academic performance in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate SQL experience writing complex queries.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, and data creation and consolidation capabilities.
  • Ability to support conclusions with a clear, understandable story using descriptive statistics, basic inferential statistics, and data visualizations.
  • Ability to ask questions about business objectives and project measurement needs and measure objectives and key results.
  • Experience or knowledge of A/B testing methods, time series, S&OP planning, forecasting models, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence-driven approaches, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, or artificial intelligence-enabled tools, to enhance decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to business and technical teams and translate ideas between them.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage data, statistics, and visualization to generate actionable insights that drive value across multiple business functions.
  • Use market-leading tools, data automation, and analytical methodologies to support reporting and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize digital strategies, and provide clear recommendations for business growth.
  • Extract, transform, and visualize data.
  • Build scalable reports and simplify complex data to enable efficient decision-making.
  • Build detailed reports and dashboards using various tools.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Prepare data models and analyses to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for value and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and value opportunities and deliver solutions in partnership with digital technology and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analyses.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive partner relationships to understand data needs, provide insights, find improvement opportunities, and ensure reporting solutions address key objectives.
