  • Five or more years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams in life sciences business-to-business environments.
  • The ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and deliver programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience using revenue enablement tools such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, or Avoma.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and operationalize go-to-market plans to drive consistent execution, adoption, and performance across the field.
  • Partner with commercial and go-to-market leaders to identify execution gaps and prioritize planned initiatives and emerging field requirements.
  • Ensure enablement programs and resources reflect approved positioning, commercial processes, role requirements, and market priorities.
  • Design and deliver role-relevant programs, workshops, and assessments that accelerate go-to-market readiness and field application.
  • Keep new-hire onboarding curricula current with the latest company offerings and narratives to accelerate ramp time.
  • Develop learning resources, sales playbooks, and process guidelines that support consistent execution.
  • Use enablement and artificial intelligence tools to improve enablement content and seller workflows and create scalable productivity and insight-led selling tools and processes.
  • Use Dock and Gong to improve access to information, reinforce learning, and support customer-facing workflows.
  • Equip leadership with coaching guidance, practice frameworks, and performance insights to reinforce narratives, skills, and behaviors.
  • Enable field teams to apply value narratives, sales plays, commercial processes, tools, and methodologies in relevant buyer and customer interactions.
  • Monitor enablement-tool usage and sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve execution.
  • Drive field-team communications, including launches or release updates, best practices, and success stories, to reinforce initiatives and adoption.
  • Establish feedback loops that communicate recurring field questions, customer objections, and execution challenges to Product Marketing, Operations, and Commercial Leadership.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market readiness and own field readiness for product launches and releases, new services, packaging or pricing launches, and campaign activation.
  • Translate positioning, buyer insights, and launch plans into field-ready programs and resources.
  • Ensure messaging and enablement are aligned so sales consistently uses the appropriate message in each deal.
  • Assess commercial signals and measure enablement effectiveness through training completion and assessment scores, launch readiness, content and tool adoption, sales productivity, ramp time, and win rates.
  • Translate performance insights into actions that improve commercial outcomes and grow sales bookings for the respective offerings.
  • Champion the commercial team throughout the product and customer lifecycle by gathering feedback and continuously refining enablement approaches and go-to-market execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Sales enablement, learning and development, or sales methodology certification, such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Experience in clinical research.
  • Experience using revenue enablement tools such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, or Avoma.

WCG acquires The Contract Network to extend AI-driven site enablement across clinical trial study start-up

WCG, a global clinical research solutions provider, has announced an agreement to acquire The Contract Network, extending its ClinSphere AI platform's capabilities across study start-up and contract management.
