About the Job

Requirements

  • A technical and commercial university degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 15 years of experience driving sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy for data center networking, cloud infrastructure, accelerated computing, semiconductor, or infrastructure software products is required.
  • Experience closing strategic networking, silicon, platform, or infrastructure design wins with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or leading internet-scale customers is required.
  • A track record of launching and growing new product offerings for hyperscaler AI infrastructure, directly with customers and through partner or ecosystem motions, is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of DPU, SmartNIC, SuperNIC, NIC, server networking, RDMA over Ethernet, virtualization, cloud security and storage offload, and AI data center architectures is required.
  • The candidate must be able to present complex marketing and technical content to executives at NVIDIA, partners, and hyperscaler customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic design wins for DPU and SuperNIC solutions with lighthouse AI labs and hyperscaler AI infrastructure customers.
  • Build and execute the segment sales strategy for host networking across hyperscaler and frontier model partner AI factories, GPU-accelerated computing, and cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Define customer-specific DPU and SuperNIC value propositions and deployment motions, and lead a matrixed team across product, sales, solution architects, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Promote NVIDIA host networking products externally and internally, positioning their value for AI workloads, throughput, latency, CPU efficiency, security and storage acceleration, telemetry, and fleet operations.
  • Build an opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams, including account mapping, customer requirements, proof points, executive engagement, and partner alignment.
  • Track and drive quarterly business reporting, forecast accuracy, design-win progress, roadmap asks, and competitive insights.

Desired Qualifications

  • Product and business development leadership experience with leading data center networking, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, or systems suppliers is preferred.
  • An intimate understanding of hyperscaler AI factory architectures, host networking requirements, server attach models, product qualification, and operational tradeoffs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA networking products and software for AI infrastructure, including DPUs, SuperNICs, Ethernet networking, accelerated compute, and large-scale AI clusters, is preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of high-performance networking technologies, Ethernet, RoCE/RDMA, GPU-accelerated computing, generative AI, large language model training and inference, Network SerDes, in-network compute, PCIe, and CXL is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services, plus hyperscaler procurement, qualification, deployment, and lifecycle models, is preferred.

About the Company

NVIDIA

Designs the chips and software that power AI

NVIDIA designs the chips and software that power artificial intelligence and sells complete data center systems to cloud providers, AI labs, and other businesses, along with GeForce graphics cards for gamers. Its GPUs, chips that perform thousands of calculations at once, became the main hardware for AI after researchers used them to train the AlexNet image-recognition model in 2012. NVIDIA connects many GPUs with its own processors and networking gear into servers and rack-sized computers, and developers program them through its CUDA software. These systems bring in most of its sales, and it also makes chips for cars and robots. Jensen Huang co-founded NVIDIA in 1993, and it is based in Santa Clara, California.
