About the job
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

- Proficiency with multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
- Basic accounting skills, such as balancing accounts.
- Ability to bend and lift 30 pounds.
- A valid driver's license is required, except in larger metropolitan areas.
- Prepare for daily client visits by prepping clothing, locating client information, updating sales materials, and coordinating client orders and files.
- Communicate with clients by setting appointments, providing order status updates, scheduling deliveries, and sending reminders.
- Support sales professionals and store teams by communicating regularly, setting goals, managing the daily calendar, organizing inventory, and improving processes and communication.
- Pick up and deliver client items as needed.
- Prospect new clients using internet and social media applications.
- Perform digital marketing using LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Twitter.
- Enter referrals into the proprietary system.
- Send introductory and promotional messages and create call lists or hot lists.
- Provide customer service when contacting factories, the corporate office, clients, and outside vendors.
- Maintain a professional image when interacting with corporate clients.
- Two years of office-related experience is preferred.
- Experience in a sales-oriented environment is a plus.
