What believers are saying

  • By September 2026, Tivita reported over 1,000 active clients across Brazil.
  • In July 2026, transactional volume jumped from R$100 million to R$1 billion.
  • Google for Startups selected Tivita for its 2025 AI First accelerator.

What critics are saying

  • Doctoralia, Feegow, and iClinic already own Brazilian clinic software budgets in 2026.
  • Tivita's credit business depends on scarce claims data and exposes balance-sheet losses.
  • If bundled incumbents add finance, Tivita loses distribution and becomes an acquisition target.

What makes Tivita unique

  • Tivita bundles clinic finance, billing, documents, WhatsApp scheduling, and digital agents in one platform.
  • Its July 2026 financing layer ties underwriting to real clinic cash-flow data.
  • Founded by ex-Olist and ex-Wellhub operators, Tivita targets middle-market clinics, not solos.
