Requirements
  • Three to five years of independent setup and troubleshooting experience on CNC equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check as part of the employment process.
  • Complete work safely and follow safety requirements consistently with supporting the company's TRIR goals.
  • Follow environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals.
  • Complete and actively participate in all company safety training requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate 2- and 3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Work from work orders, drawings, and instructions to produce finished products.
  • Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot issues during the machining process.
  • Inspect finished work using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain and clean machines and work areas, and assist in training new operators as needed.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed beyond the primary job scope.
  • Operate machinery primarily using Fanuc or Mazatrol controls.
Desired Qualifications
  • A CNC machining certificate.
