  • The ability to identify and implement an artificial intelligence workflow improvement and share findings with the team by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in key industries aligned with Crafty's growth strategy.
  • Use LinkedIn, customer relationship management databases, and outbound outreach campaigns to connect with prospects.
  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy based on research and thoughtful outreach.
  • Maintain an organized and reliable pipeline of leads in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multiple channels.
  • Meet the specified monthly SQO and pipeline valuation metrics in the variable compensation plan.
  • Achieve the specified month-over-month meeting schedule rate of 15%.
  • Achieve an 85% conversion rate from booked meetings to qualified opportunities by the end of the year.
  • Use data to refine outbound prospecting tactics.
  • Develop working proficiency with artificial intelligence tools relevant to the revenue function.
  • Identify a workflow friction point where artificial intelligence can reduce manual effort, implement an improvement, and share the findings with the team by the fourth quarter of 2026.
