About the job
- Two to five years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Mastery of one or more of the following frameworks or technologies: Spring Boot, Nest.js, Node, Angular, or React.js.
- Ability to design complex features and model a business reality effectively.
- Ability to work to a high code-quality standard with a focus on zero bugs.
- Interest in Lean Tech and ambition to take on a Tech Lead role quickly.
- Write code quickly and without bugs using coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf.
- Design features, contribute product proposals, identify appropriate technical strategies, and apply Lean delivery practices.
- Work in a team of one to three engineers with a Tech Lead and Product Manager.
- Progress toward a Tech Lead role and transmit knowledge to developers after assimilating the company’s method.
- Participate in refactoring, debugging, testing, code review, pair programming, Kaizen, and technical training.
- Work across projects using technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, Angular, Node with Nest, React with Next, and Python.
- Proactivity and resourcefulness focused on creating impact.
- Curiosity about Lean Tech.
