Requirements
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in a customer-facing role
  • College Degree or High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education
  • Outstanding analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experienced user of collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Confluence
  • Experienced at project management specific tools and methodologies
  • PMI or PRINC2 Certification a plus
  • Compliance Archiving experience a plus
  • Experience with SaaS a plus
Responsibilities
  • Leading projects of varying sizes and executing all phases of Smarsh migrations contracts
  • Planning, Requirements Oversight for Migration Setup, Pilot extraction, Archiving, Reconciliation and Customer Validation
  • Milestone tracking, Project Reporting
  • Drive execution of individual projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget
  • Coordinate internal functions and external 3rd party resources as required
  • Work with Migration Management, Engineering & Systems Engineering to identify and assign needed resources
  • Collaborate with people managers to identify and assign resources to individual project tasks
  • Create Project folders and update templates for each project by changing references to the customer and project details as outlined in the Statement of Work
  • Responsible for communicating Project status both internally and externally in the desired cadence and format necessary
  • Project issue documentation, escalation and resolution
  • Scope and change management
  • Other duties as assigned
