Responsibilities
  • Provide a great customer experience by engaging customers in conversation and educating them on various products and services
  • Assist in achieving strategic and individual branch goals
  • Maintain understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to banking compliance
  • Identify and report fraudulent activity to prevent potential loss
  • Learn and master the wire process
  • Learn and maintain new/existing account relationships
  • Balance the drawers and vaults within the branch
  • Complete additional bank tasks/responsibilities as requested
