Responsibilities
  • Support the housekeeping manager and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage and supervise general housekeeping operations.
  • Check the quality of guest-room cleaning and public areas.
  • Instruct and support guest-room cleaning staff.
  • Check the condition and cleanliness of guest rooms.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including the front office.
  • Train new employees and staff.
  • Respond to guest requests and feedback.
  • Manage shifts and monitor work progress.
  • Maintain safety and hygiene standards and hotel standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in a city hotel.
  • Knowledge of Opera or experience using the system.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English with international guests.
  • Ability to speak Chinese or Korean.
