- Own at least one project end to end, from idea and design through shipping and iteration based on user feedback.
- Ship features across the stack using TypeScript or Python in a suitable area: database, platform, product, or applied artificial intelligence.
- Write tests, sharpen interfaces, and improve the codebase.
- Take responsibility for work from the first week and push it through completion.
