Requirements
  • A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license is required.
  • State licensure in social work or counseling is required.
  • One to three years of clinical supervisory and management experience is preferred.
  • At least five years of related clinical-setting experience with adolescents or young adults is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients and family members, as applicable.
  • Provide life-skills coaching off-site in the community and in clients’ apartments as clinically indicated.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and comprehensive intakes of prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date charts in compliance with the standards outlined in the Policy and Procedure manual.
  • Participate in weekly supervision, group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Complete at least 65 hours of clinical work per month.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to the clinical and adjunct teams on best practices, organization, documentation, and time management.
  • Participate in utilization reviews as needed and as instructed by the Operations Manager.
  • Participate in the rotating weekly on-call coverage system, up to four times per year.
  • Work up to two evenings per week.
